📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Answering customer inquiries via phone calls.,Providing accurate information about our products and services.,Assisting in the sales process by qualifying leads.,Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.,Updating customer records and tracking sales leads.,Adhering to company policies and procedures.,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets.,Providing feedback on customer needs and preferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or customer service.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills.,Basic computer literacy, including email and spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
