Rumah Sakit Dewi Bakery is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting functions of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Develop and maintain accurate budget forecasts and financial reports for the organization.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and advice to support business decisions.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and finance staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
