PT Wibawa Usaha is looking for a dedicated and experienced Lead Cashier Clinic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the cashiering operations, ensuring accurate financial transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling and a passion for customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashiering operations, including cash receipts and disbursements.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.,Monitor cash levels and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.,Train and supervise junior cashiers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in inventory management and ordering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a clinic or healthcare setting.,Proven track record of accurate financial transactions and cash handling.,Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle customer complaints.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using basic accounting software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.
