📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the mechanical design process, ensuring that all systems meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency
• Lead a team of mechanical engineers and designers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects
• Develop and implement design solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of the project are considered and addressed
• Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to ensure that all designs meet the required specifications
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the industrial automation sector, and incorporate them into our design process
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Ensure that all designs comply with relevant safety and regulatory requirements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical design, with a focus on industrial automation
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing mechanical design projects
• Strong knowledge of CAD software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA
• Familiarity with PLC programming and industrial control systems
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed
