📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with the local job market and industry trends.,Ability to travel to various locations as needed.
