YIELD Sejahtera is looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and order restocking as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.,Assist in implementing marketing strategies to boost sales.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or store management role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems.
