📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain high standards of service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and address any issues promptly.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and promotions.,Represent the company at events and promotions to enhance brand visibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury or high-end retail environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail outlet or similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with marketing and promotional strategies in the retail industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
