📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any issues promptly.,Drive sales and revenue growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and promoting menu items.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.,Manage and develop the restaurant staff, providing training and support to help them succeed.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines.,Collaborate with the corporate office to implement and maintain company-wide policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using computer software, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu development and cost control.,Understanding of health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
