In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building relationships, and driving sales of our cloud-based products and services. You will work closely with our sales team and internal stakeholders to ensure our customers' needs are met and exceeded.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, emailing, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Present our cloud-based solutions to customers and address their concerns and objections.
  • Drive sales of our products and services by negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cloud-based solutions.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-based solutions and technologies.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
