We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Staff to join our team at CV Property Antar. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee well-being and engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Experience in managing a team or department is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is required.
