📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting research on environmental and marine issues in the Bangka Belitung region,Analyzing data and preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders,Collaborating with government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders to develop and implement sustainable development strategies,Participating in workshops, seminars, and conferences to share knowledge and expertise,Mentoring and supervising junior researchers,Publishing research findings in peer-reviewed journals and other relevant outlets,Developing and implementing research projects in collaboration with other team members,Maintaining and updating the institute's research database

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Marine Biology, or a related field,Master's degree or PhD in Environmental Science, Marine Biology, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental and marine research,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Proficiency in using statistical software and data analysis tools,Experience in grant writing and proposal development,Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to environmental and marine conservation
