📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Oversee inventory control, including stock taking, ordering, and replenishment.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and supervise junior store staff.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service.,Monitor store performance metrics and report to management.,Assist in the organization of sales promotions and events.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or store administration role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Proven track record of customer service excellence.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
