Royal Base Group is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Assistant Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the sales process, providing excellent customer service, and helping to drive sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints,Assist in setting up and maintaining retail displays and merchandise,Help to drive sales growth by identifying and targeting new customers and markets,Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales reports and forecasts,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales or customer service role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and sales software,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
