📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Operator in managing store operations, including stock control, inventory management, and sales transactions.,Support the Store Operator in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.,Assist in customer service, providing information and assistance to customers.,Support the Store Operator in training and developing new staff members.,Assist in preparing and maintaining reports on store performance and sales.,Support the Store Operator in implementing and enforcing store policies and procedures.,Assist in the organization and execution of promotional events and activities.,Support the Store Operator in any other tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with basic computer software and hardware is a plus.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Friendly and customer-focused attitude.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
