PT Harapan Wibawa is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and passionate about logistics and transportation management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, including scheduling routine maintenance and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to optimize costs and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify and address any issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies.,Provide support to the operations team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and experience driving various types of vehicles.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
