The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring the safety and efficiency of our vehicles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other departments to ensure smooth operation of the fleet.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, including fuel efficiency, vehicle utilization, and maintenance costs.,Handle vehicle inspections and certifications, ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.,Provide excellent customer service to drivers and other stakeholders.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with local traffic laws and regulations.
