Local Market Indonesia is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Palembang. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs.,Oversee benefits administration and payroll processing.,Assist in the development of HR strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is preferred.
