📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Managing and mentoring a team of operational staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in using operational software and tools.
