Zone Moon Berjaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team in Klaten. As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our outlet, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the outlet, as well as compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and drive sales growth.,Train and develop the sales team to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure the outlet meets all legal and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the retail industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.,Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
