Urban Tech Mandiri is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Outlet Staff to join our team in Nusa Dua. As an Outlet Staff, you will be the face of our company, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. This is an urgent position and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.,Assist customers with product information and recommendations.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Assist with inventory management and restocking.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Proven experience in a retail or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and point of sale systems.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
