📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand our market presence in Bali.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the training industry.
• Manage and oversee the execution of training solutions projects from inception to completion.
• Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives and KPIs.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the business development team in Bali.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, preferably in the training industry.
• Proven track record of successful business development strategies and achievements.
• Strong understanding of the training industry and its market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
