Vena Energy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Land Acquisition & Permitting Consultant to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. This role is crucial for supporting our renewable energy projects, ensuring smooth land acquisition processes and obtaining necessary permits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land acquisition, environmental compliance, and project management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage land acquisition processes for renewable energy projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with local communities, government agencies, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth land transactions.,Prepare and submit comprehensive land acquisition and permitting documentation, including environmental impact assessments and community engagement reports.,Coordinate with legal and environmental teams to ensure all permits and approvals are obtained in a timely manner.,Monitor and report on project progress, including land acquisition milestones and permitting status.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff and consultants on land acquisition and permitting matters.,Stay updated with local and national regulations, policies, and best practices in land acquisition and environmental compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in land acquisition and permitting, preferably in the renewable energy sector.,Strong understanding of Indonesian land laws, regulations, and environmental policies.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with project management and coordination of multi-disciplinary teams.,Familiarity with GIS and environmental impact assessment tools is a plus.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
