📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Manage and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure high performance standards.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Familiarity with Indonesian market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
