📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation,Develop user guides, API documentation, and other technical resources,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in creating training materials and other educational resources,Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve documentation,Participate in cross-functional teams to support product development and improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software (e.g., MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar),Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar),Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
