📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inspections of rolling stock to identify and address maintenance issues.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using advanced diagnostic tools and software.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of our trains.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and component replacement.
• Document all maintenance activities and inspections in a detailed and accurate manner.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of maintenance schedules to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
• Provide technical support to the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient train operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in rolling stock maintenance or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software such as DTL Systems, TrainMaster, or similar.
• Certification in mechanical or electrical systems, preferably related to rolling stock maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards for train maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of diesel-electric and electric multiple units (DMUs and EMUs).
