📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and create engaging content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the beauty and fashion industry.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and campaigns.
• Assist in the creation of high-quality visual content, including photos and videos.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of our content using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the beauty and fashion industry.
• Assist in the organization and management of our content calendar.
• Provide support to the Content Creator team in the development and implementation of our content strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in content creation and social media management.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles and tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Passion for the beauty and fashion industry.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Canva.
