• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Negotiate deals and promotions to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Assist in product demonstrations and sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our products.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales growth and achieve monthly targets.
• Utilize CRM systems like Salesforce to track customer interactions and sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a negotiating role.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Salesforce.
