📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct internal audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of patient records and medical charts.
- Collaborate with medical staff to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Utilize Epic Systems and Meditech for efficient data verification and reporting.
- Develop and implement verification protocols to enhance data integrity.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of verification processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to medical staff on best practices for data verification.
- Document and report findings to ensure continuous improvement in quality assurance.
- Stay updated with the latest healthcare regulations and standards to maintain compliance.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Medical Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare quality assurance or a similar role.
- Certification in Healthcare Quality Assurance (CHQA) or equivalent is a plus.
- Proficient in using Epic Systems and Meditech for data verification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards.
