📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess and stabilize patients in emergency situations using advanced medical techniques and equipment.
• Administer emergency medical care and treatments, including IV therapy, wound care, and trauma management.
• Coordinate with local hospitals and medical facilities to ensure seamless transfer of patients.
• Manage logistics for ground and air ambulance evacuations, including coordinating with pilots and ground crews.
• Execute repatriation missions, providing medical support to patients being transported back to their home countries.
• Document all medical procedures and patient care, ensuring compliance with international medical standards.
• Maintain and update medical records and reports for all patients treated.
• Participate in regular training and certification programs to stay updated with the latest emergency medical protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in emergency medicine or a similar high-impact role.
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
• Familiarity with emergency medical equipment and technology, including defibrillators, ventilators, and medical monitoring devices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
