As a Finance Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the finance team in various tasks, including data entry, reconciling accounts, and assisting with billing processes. You will work with industry-standard tools such as QuickBooks, Excel, and SAP, gaining valuable insights into the financial operations of a real estate company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in data entry and reconciliation of financial records using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Support the finance team in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.
• Help with the billing process, including invoicing, payment processing, and customer follow-ups.
• Assist in the preparation of financial documents for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in financial meetings and provide support as needed.
• Learn and understand the financial operations of Alam Sutera Realty.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Support the finance team in the implementation of internal controls and compliance procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Familiarity with Excel and QuickBooks is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
