📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily maintenance activities and ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition.
• Manage and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
• Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Work closely with engineering and procurement teams to source and implement new maintenance tools and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision, with a proven track record in managing maintenance teams.
• Certification in maintenance management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Familiarity with food processing industry standards and best practices.
• Ability to travel within the Bali region as needed.
